pork pies & cheap bacon

Sometimes there just isn’t time for lunch. This is where the pork pie comes into it’s own. Easily to hold, it is complete in its function. Not so fussy as a sandwich, more fulfilling than mere fruit.

You have to get the handmade items, not the massproducedturnedoutonendlessconveyorbeltsbymachinesthatneedoiling ones, then you get good meat and good pastry with a refreshing amount of jelly.

And cheap bacon? Cheap bacon sticks in your teeth. Avoid cheap bacon.
