When does art stop being art?
Where do installations go when they are uninstalled?
Upstairs.
Posing the question is it still art when it’s stacked up in storage?
Book of Common Prayer, wood, copper, plaster
The paintings are still paintings when they’re stored in the racks, that’s undeniable.
But the chairs? Surely now they are just a pile of stacked chairs?
