The Droste Effect
Named after some tasty Dutch hot chocolate [served by nuns, clearly] this is called the Droste Effect - when the packet has a picture of the packet on it, which in turn has a picture of... well you get the idea.
They get very small artists with tiny brushes to do the last few packets.

You have brought back an old worry from my childhood - if your reflection in a mirror is reflected in another mirror - - WHEN DOES IT STOP? I feel the same about these packets. I think they hired elves to paint the smaller ones and then after that, trained butterflies for the tiniest.
